FRIENDS TRIP IN AUSTRALIA

One night we had booked tickets to see Gotye,a famous Australian singer who was known for his song "Someone I know". At the beginning of the concert, the crowd begins to rage. We were very afraid that all this would degenerate. We quickly realized that another celebrity was present at this concert.

It was David Cosgrove, son of the governor general of Australia. He was surrounded by a bodyguard. Security arrived and everything went well, during the intermission we had the chance to tell him words, it was weird to talk to a man we saw on TV.

For Parliament of Australia, we have loved seen the Parliament of Australia and have visited the capital of Australia, Canberra. But the meeting of Representatives were boring.

For Kookaburra, in the beginning we prefered seen a Kangaroo or a Dingo but finally we was happy for know a famous Australian bird and learn things of him.

For Russell Crowe, in the beginning we not knew this actor but thanks to this interview we have learnt know him and we love him.

For Whitsunday Islands, we have loved because we have seen the 74 islands and to go swimming, were beautiful and unforgettable.

On the road for go eat we have seen a Kookaburra, it's a famous bird of origin Australian, he is also call "Martin Chasseur Géant". His song sounds like a hoarse laugh, we were surprised ! Kookaburra is a mythical bird of aboriginal culture.

Australian farmer have told us, that in 2010 he had the luck meet 2 babies Kookaburra albino and since 2 years he have adopted one. The season of lover lasts only 2 months. The female lays eggs every other second day and the brood is around 3 eggs.

These bird can be found in SouthWestern in Australia (The Australia Occidentale, in Tasmania, in Flinders island, Kangaroo island). He is carnivore, he eats mouses, small mammals smaller than him, large insects, lizards, small birds and especially snakes that make up most of this diet.

We had the chance to meet Russell Crowe, a famous New Zealander actor director who started his career in Australia. His films and his many roles forced him to continue his career in the USA.

Him : No I haven't touched snakes because I hate that.

We : Have you drived a tractor yet ?

Him : No I haven't drived a tractor yet because here I haven't seen and I was born in the city. But I will like this.

We : Have you ever visited the famous desert of Australia ?

Him : Yes I have visited the famous desert of Australia with my wife Danielle, it is very trying.

We : Have you seen the famous Tower Eiffel of Paris yet ?

Him : Yes I have already seen the famous Tower Eiffel of Paris and I have find that very beautiful.

During our journey we had the chance to take a boat for go in the 74 islands of Whitsunday. Our dive instructor had explained us, that the main islands were Whitsunday island.

On the island we have done diving, we have used to done diving. We have seen the turtles, the clear water fishs, the skates.

The evening, we have eaten at a restaurant who cooking pieces of Kangaroos, one of specialties in Australia. We have used to taste the typical course of other countries.

We have visited The House of Parliament, one of the most famous places in Canberra, the capital of Australia. He exists since 1978. Before to go in the Parliament, polices officers have searched us.

We have begun our visit by The House of Representatives, that the greenest places in Parliament. The colour green represents the leafs of eucalyptus. We have assisted to a meeting between the representatives who was openned for the public. There are 150 Representatives.

Our visit was continue by the visit of Senate. He is open since 23 years. The decoration of Senate is ochre red for remind the earths of outback. The Senate houses Gouvernor Genera'l seats. THere are 76 Senators.
